Black Tie Wine Decanter with 8 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and 8 Viognier Chardonnay Wine Glasses

The Riedel Black Tie Decanter features the collections signature single black line that follows the curve of the decanter enhancing the stunning sculptural shape. Free formed from lead crystal by the most skilled and senior glass blowers, the black crystal is coloured by manganese oxide added into the crystal while it is still molten. The angled lip on this decanter guarantees an easy and drip free pour every time. The Riedel Vinum Cabernet / Merlot / Bordeaux wine glass is ideal for full-bodied complex red wines that are high in alcohol and tannins. The generous size allows the wine to aerate in the glass and the bouquet to develop fully. The shape of the rim directs the flow of the wine to the front palate to enhance sweetness thus accentuating the fruit while softening bitter tannins. Recommended for Bordeaux (red) Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese Cabernet Franc. These Vinum Chardonnay glasses are made of 24-percent lead crystal by Riedel, renowned glassmakers in Europe. Wine connoisseurs will particularly appreciate the care and design that goes into making sure each Vinum glass is the perfect shape for enhancing the bouquet and flavor of specific varietals. Use Vinum Chardonnay stemware for serving Chardonnay and Chenin blancs or any light white to experience the best bouquet and flavor. Its classic design complements virtually any table or dinnerware collection.
