Forged aluminium 4mm: unbreakable; allows to heat up gradually. Bottom made of induction-friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel. Ultra-resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation : guaranteed PFOA and particles free; 60 microns against 40 for similar items. Stainless steel riveted handle, curved in French-style: robust;easy handling; ergonomic and move hand away from the heat source. Care: wash by hand only, non-abrasive sponge.
